ORDER PROCESSING

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 1–2 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no issues with the payment verification.  CaddyTrek Canada does NOT guarantee same day shipping. All orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

CARRIERS

Most shipments go via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the item. FTR Systems determines the best method available based on the item and customer location. FTR Systems does not ship on 3rd party user accounts or on COD and does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Estimated shipping times for UPS Ground service is anywhere from 1–6 businesses days depending on your location in the contiguous United States. Shipping cutoff is 3:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. The map below gives estimated times for ground delivery based on location.

If you prefer expedited shipping options, please let us know immediately so we can provide you with options and additional cost information. Expedited shipments are processed through UPS only which include: Next Day, 2-Day, and 3 Day Select services. There is no discounting on expedited services.

Saturday deliveries are not available on ground shipments. Saturday deliveries are only available with Next Day and 2 Day Air services at an additional charge.

SHIPPING INCENTIVES 

Orders of $650 and above are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping is not available in the following cases and will incur shipping charges:

• Shipments to United States;
• Closeout and/or used items; and
• Oversized or multiple shipments.

Note: charges are subject to change at the discretion of CaddyTrek Canada.

Additional charges are assessed to the customer in the following cases:

• Address correction: $12.50
• Shipment refusal: $12.50
• Signature option $4.00
• Additional insurance: Depends on value

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES

• Customer pays shipping.
• Customer pays any import tax for product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Customer pays shipping.
• Customer pays any import tax for product.
• Special consideration is given on a case-by-case basis for single orders.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA

We do not ship to these states because no support for that territory.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

• FREE shipping if minimum order value reached ($650.00)

TRACKING

Tracking numbers are provided by email to the customer at the close of the shipping day.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, call CaddyTrek Canada immediately at (506) 273-0708. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. CaddyTrek Canada will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.
